Château Les Oliviers de Salettes welcomes you to the heart of the unique landscapes of the Drôme Provençale. The 31 hectares of vineyards, meadows and lavender fields as far as the eye can see provide a picturesque backdrop for an unforgettable Drôme escape, between Grignan and Montélimar, at the gateway to Provence. A panorama that is unique in the world, giving this jewel a singular and incomparable identity. Each season has its own treasures, from the song of the cicadas and the scent of lavender in summer, to the crunch of snow underfoot and the crackle of an open fire in winter.
Housed in a 16th-century residence built around a square tower dating back to the Middle Ages, the hotel was once an outbuilding of the Commanderie de l'Ordre de Saint-Jean, in the heart of a vast vineyard. The 2850m2 of buildings, which have retained all their original charm, are divided into a château, a bastide, a dovecote and a spa, all set in sublime natural surroundings.
