All year round, our gourmet menu, orchestrated by Kevin VAUBOURG and Lucille ROUTINWe invite you to take part in a high-flying, elegant and refined gastronomic voyage, a subtle, colourful and herbaceous culinary score, to be discovered in the heart of our emblematic vaulted dining room or, in fine weather, on the panoramic terrace, a treasure of the estate. This setting is complemented by a lounge where you can enjoy an aperitif or round off your experience with a coffee or digestif by the fireplace. To enhance your experience, the Château's cellar carefully hides nuggets from near and far, selected with the utmost care by our sommelier.
 
At dinner from Wednesday to Saturday.
At lunchtime on Saturdays and Sundays.
 
6-course menu at €80 incl. VAT.
8-course menu at €110 incl. VAT.
 
From Thursday 23 January, black melanosporum truffles will be on the menu + €50 per person incl. VAT.
 
Valentine's Day dinner on Friday 14 February 2025, single menu at €180 incl. VAT per person excluding drinks.
 
The Lavandin restaurant will be exceptionally closed on Wednesdays 22 and 29 January, and from 17 to 23 February 2025.

Duo in the city and in the kitchen, Kevin Vaubourg and Lucille Routin sign the gourmet score of the estate. At the gastronomic restaurant LavandinWith their love of the product and their know-how, they offer a subtle, colourful and herbaceous experience, conceived by four hands. With plants and freshness as the common thread, the restaurant's menu is punctuated by their love of wild harvesting, always with an eye to absolute precision in seasoning, cooking and presentation.

In fine weather, the estate's bistro opens its doors for the summer season until the end of September.

Follow the delicious aromas of grilled meat and fish, before taking a seat on the terrace, with the gentle song of the cicadas as your soundtrack. Savour our no-fuss gourmet cuisine, with a menu that showcases the finest local meats and garden vegetables. Refreshing starters and comforting desserts complete these sunny recipes.

Château Les Oliviers de Salettes also owes its majestic landscape to two hectares of vines located at the very entrance to the estate. " Cover it with Light "This is the Château's first cuvée, a perfect harmony between the freshness of the Chardonnay, the floral aromas of the Viognier and the silky texture of the Roussanne. On the palate, it offers an aromatic intensity underpinned by citrus fruit, a dazzling freshness and a round texture, with a lingering finish. Taste the estate's cuvée on the menu of the Château's restaurants, as well as at the tables in The Social Club collection.
